I had never really thought about development in low-productivity areas, so I learned a lot.
I was surprised to learn that the textile industry was behind the development of the car industry.
I was able to confirm that the textile industry is often found in downtown areas (Edogawa Ward), as I had imagined.
Thirty years ago, the necktie industry was booming.
